Utility/Service Line Coverage

COVERAGE DESCRIPTION: Provides coverage for loss or damage to underground service lines that carry water, sewer, natural gas, steam, telecommunication, or other services, for loss caused by wear and tear, rust or other corrosion, collapse, electrical or mechanical pressure systems breakdown, and freezing.

IS THIS OPTION RIGHT FOR YOU AND TIPS ON SELECTING A LIMIT: We have seen loss to Utility/Service Lines occur to many homeowners and we recommend this value-added protection. Limits vary by insurer, but generally, $10,000 of protection is afforded. If selected, check your policy for the limit that applies.
