COVERAGE DESCRIPTION: Your standard home insurance does not provide liability protection for any motorized vehicles unless used solely to service a residence, or designed to assist the handicapped. Optional coverage may be secured to protect you for liability for your use of radio-controlled cars, boats, and drones, or powered kids’ cars.

CLAIM EXAMPLE: The operator of a remote-control truck struck the side of an onlooker’s vehicle causing thousands of dollars in damages. At over 19lbs. serious injury, and resulting lawsuits, would certainly have occurred if the operator hit a person.
