COVERAGE DESCRIPTION: This option extends property and liability protection for structures rented to others. Without this added coverage there would be no coverage for the rented structure because of the business exposure.

CLAIM EXAMPLE: When a fire occurred to a rented structure, our client was glad they bought the extra coverage. A properly written homeowner’s policy allowed them to collect the $50,000 of insurance proceeds so they could rebuild the structure.
