When the Braun Agency sold to McMichael. the transition was without problem. They have maintained fair rates. They contacted me when I was near Medicare eligeable time and an... agent assisted me in choosing a Medicare advantage plan that would meet my needs at no cost for the service. I haven't had any claims so I can't evaluate that, but overall I'm happy with the Agency.read more

Grange has been our family's insurance all of my life. It could have started with my grandparents but I know for sure my parents and my husband's parents have always had Grange... insurance.The McMichael Agency has been very accommodating with changes, updates and with cancellations due to death. Debbie Craft is my agent and she works hard to help me find... the best plan for my insurance; homeowner’s and auto insurance. She is available and returns my calls either the day I call or the next day. When she was out from her accident, other staff took care of my insurance needs and did a great job, too.I’m quite satisfied with the way they run the agency.
