Dennis and Dawn are amazing to work with. One hopes to never need to file an insurance claim but when it is necessary, I would not want to have to navigate the situations without... an advocate! For example, on one occasion, I was rear-ended on the freeway in Columbus during rush hour. When I called the police, I was told that since the vehicles were drivable, no officer would be dispatched. Not knowing what to do, I called my insurance agent, Dennis. Dennis talked with both the other driver and me to document all the necessary information to file the claim. Who does that?? Well, MY insurance agent does that!!And Dawn is a problem solver! When our mortgage was sold to another company, there was a lot of confusion between the banks and our insurance premiums were paid to the wrong bank. Dawn spent a lot of time working through those details to clean up a mess that wasn't of her doing!People will often tell me that they like buying insurance directly without using an agent.
