I would like to recommend McMichael Insurance once again this year with Josh contacting me during the Medicare enrollment period to see if there were any issues with my current... Medicare plan and also if I was satisfied with my Supplemental plan and we reviewed the costs and the services provided with the plan and we decided to remain with the same Medicare and the same Supplemental plan. There are not too many insurance companies that reach out and also have a service to provide help with Medicare and associated plans.Keep up the great job and the customer service.I had two great experiences with McMichael Insurance. One, I worked with Josh on Medigap insurance. He spent the time to go through all the plans and explanations on the plus and minus of the pertinent ones. He was very helpful.The second was with Mark regarding an auto and home policy review and a suggestion for a Hagerty policy for my sports car. Great recommendations.Keep up the good work.FrankWe have again had superior customer service during the past year with McMichael Insurance and they always keep us updated with their communications and with their e-mails with "things to consider" with both home and auto insurance.I have always received a quick response to my calls and the staff has always been helpful.Continued success during the year.I had a great experience working with Tammy about some questions that I had regarding adding a young driver to a policy. When the Braun Agency sold to McMichael. the transition was without problem. They have maintained fair rates. They contacted me when I was near Medicare eligeable time and an... agent assisted me in choosing a Medicare advantage plan that would meet my needs at no cost for the service.
