When the Braun Agency sold to McMichael. the transition was without problem. They have maintained fair rates. They contacted me when I was near Medicare eligeable time and an... agent assisted me in choosing a Medicare advantage plan that would meet my needs at no cost for the service. I haven't had any claims so I can't evaluate that, but overall I'm happy with the Agency.read more
