Your role as a Team player will, in part, help create a client experience that those who decide to secure insurance services from us cannot obtain anywhere else. Always remember that when a prospect contact us, it is generally because they are stressed because of a problem they cannot resolve on their own, they need your help. Your primary task is one of relieving their stress by solving their problem, it is one of daily managing the client experience. Your goal is to relive their stress and to send them away happy that they called to you. Your interaction with our clients’ needs to be our primary focus, now and always.
